The Wisdomous : Yes it is the end!
Welcome to The Wisdomous - a friendly email sent to you every week to nourish your mental wealth. You will find micro-lessons from macro thinkers, a good story, awesome reads and some fun suggestions.
Hey Wisdomous friends,
I wish you a happy life! I'm encouraging you to connect for this one; feel free to DM me; you're an important part of my small tribe. I'm standing by to assist you.
This is also the 31st Edition, so I'm curious if your friends are aware of it. Why not forward some of these nuggets to a buddy or post them in that dreaded WhatsApp group?
Oh, and one more question: what is your favourite day? When do you want the next versions to arrive? If you haven't noticed, I've been switching days to discover what works best for you!
Enough about you (saying it delicately), here's my weekly rant, or, to put it another way, that idea I couldn't get out of my head and have been anxious to share with you: The End!
We must not be overly naive or unable to realise that things have come to an end. Our lives, relationships, aspirations, and pretty much everything else in life have an end.
It is always important to know when something has reached its end. Closing circles, shutting doors, finishing chapters, it doesn’t matter what we call it; what matters is to leave in the past those moments in life that are over.
The point of this little text isn't to put a damper on your lovely day but to offer another perspective on how the journey's finish is a part of it. So accept it; certain things must come to an end for better things to flourish.
Nuggets.
We find fulfilment where we choose to find our fulfilment.
My heart cannot be educated by myself. It can only come out of a relationship with others.
Satisfaction comes from emptiness of mind.
Attempting to change your emotions will lead to the same discomfort you are trying to flee.

Only 1 hour a day: And in one hour, you could be positioned to live a much higher quality of life for days, weeks, months—even years hereafter. With only minor, occasional, deliberate tweaks here and there.
Slow Productivity: The counterintuitive solution to productivity may lie in the very thing we fear will impede it: slowing down.

Don't Ignore the pain by Matt Hogan
Pain is a signal.
From your body? It’s a signal that should lead to rest, rehab, reflection, recovery, TLC*, behaviour change, and/or seeking professional help.
From your emotions? It’s a signal that should lead to, well, rest, rehab, reflection, recovery, TLC*, behaviour change, and/or the seeking of professional help.
Pain is not a signal to speed up—it’s a signal to slow down or stop altogether.
Don’t ignore signals.
*TLC: Tender, Loving, Care!
Fun.

Modern Love: I'm binge-watching the second season this weekend. If you've been around here for a while, you're probably aware of my rom-com recommendations. These episodes always leave me tearful and if you haven't, watch season one too!
Vivo: It appears that they are releasing a new animation move every month this year. We had Space Jam last month, Luca before that,... and I'm here for it! I adore animated films. Lin Manuel Miranda is a musical genius, the singing is stunning, and I want a Kinkajou as my best buddy when it comes to Vivo. You're going to love it!
