The Wisdomous : What is your love language?
Welcome to The Wisdomous - a friendly email sent to you every week to nourish your mental wealth. You will find micro-lessons from macro thinkers, a good story, awesome reads and some fun suggestions.
Hey Wisdomous friends,
It's wonderful to be back in front of your gaze. I hope you had a pleasant week. I'm surfing in the afternoons when it's around 30 degrees, and I can affirm that I'm not built for the heat. This week, I was thinking about a quote I shared ten years ago.
You laugh a lot, but you wanna be quiet. You pretend to be heartless, but you are very sensitive. Life is demanding.
Life can be demanding at times. This is why I always tell my friends to take it easy. If we all learned to slow down a little and heal from life's demands, life would be so much easier.
Healing is an infinite process. It continues because reality involves pain.
Pain is a part of being, but being is not bound to the pain. Thus, you are permanently healed the instant you replace healing with being.
Life is demanding; treat yourself with kindness by simply being!
