The Wisdomous - Forgive, Connect and Record.
Happy Wednesday,
Welcome to another edition of The Wisdomous!
This is the eleventh issue. After 10 designs, we are treating ourselves to a newsletter redesign - I hope you like it.
Last week, I treated myself to the longest feature film ever in my life. 4 hours and 2 mins; that is how long Justice League Syneider's Cut is and definitely better than Whedon's.
Besides the binge-watching party, here is a good tip for consistency that I have been reflecting on:
Prime your environment for success. If you want to read more, scatter books around your house. If you want to eat better, only purchase nourishing food. The inverse also applies; remove temptations instead of relying on willpower - reduce friction.

I read
How does it feel to get everything you ever wanted? : In this amazing article, Ryan Holliday shares what it feels like after having it all.
What are you competing on?: In any competitive market, be prepared to invest your heart and soul and focus on the thing you compete on. You might as well choose something you can live with, a practice that allows you to thrive.
I watched
How do we reflect after having it all? : Tom Bilyeu chats with Steven Barlett.
Tools & Tips
If you put something down temporarily, say it out loud. ("I've put my phone on the dresser.")"This engages many more areas of the brain (particularly the language centres), which creates a richer memory and makes it less likely you'll forget where you put it."
