What's a bandwagon? A simple Google click answers with this :

A noun used in reference to an activity, cause, etc. That is currently fashionable or popular and attracting increasing support.

Now that we understand which bandwagon, we are referencing to, let's analyse the phrase : Jumping on the bandwagon.

Uncle Google defines that phrase as “joining others in doing or supporting something fashionable or likely successful”.

To cut it short in today's vast ocean of information on the Web, it is synonym to #joiningatrend.

It's not all negative as the tone of this note might suggest, but it stretches on wisdom. It just bears 2 questions and a lesson that I learned when I was 18 years old.

Lesson : It is fun jumping on all bandwagons on the rails, it is even adventurous but the worst part of it is that you are likely going to be late on your destination or miss your train.
